1. Replacement Eligibility

Replacement is applicable only for products that are received in a damaged condition.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The damage must be reported within 48 hours of product delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the damage may be required for verification.

2. Replacement Request Process

If you receive a damaged product, please send a replacement request within 48 hours of delivery by email to:

  • Order Number

  • Product Name

  • Description of the damage

  • Supporting photos or videos

3. Approval & Replacement Timeline

Once we receive and review your request:

  • Our team will verify the reported damage.

  • If the claim is approved, we will notify you via email.

  • After approval, a replacement will be arranged within 14 business days.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery.

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Products that have been used, modified, or altered after delivery.

5. Refunds

CDS DigiMart does not offer refunds. Only replacement of damaged goods is provided subject to the conditions stated in this policy.
